Sandina's corporate servers are located in a data center in Kansas City, Missouri. Our servers have 99% uptime. The ping time to LA hubs is less then 50ms, to London, UK, is less than 80ms and to Istanbul, Turkey is less than 100 ms.
The network is connected via 10-Gigabit Ethernet Wavelength handoff(s) on redundant/dual-path DWDM fiber-optic transport connections to XO Communications and Zayo Bandwidth.
- FAILSAFE POWER SUPPLY
The Network Operations Center currently has 1200amps 480V & 800amps 208V 3-Phase power. The facility is currently backed up and protected by multiple 275KVA and 160KVA UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems. In case of utility outage, diesel generators start automatically, taking over for the UPS systems and supplying all necessary power for the facility. With multiple fuel tanks on-site, the generators are capable of running without refuelling for approximately 48 hours.
Precision-controlled raised floor air conditioning systems protect and cool mission-critical servers and equipment in the Network Operations Center. These systems provide a virtually dust-free and particle-free computing environment, with temperature, humidity, and air-quality regulation.
Restricted access to the Network Operations Center is monitored by qualified personnel 24 hours a day, everyday.
The Network Operations Center utilizes ONLY top name brand hardware.
Our servers are backed up regularly, hence your data is kept always reachable for you.
